When:  Saturday, April 29 (check-in starts at 2pm) to Sunday, April 30th approximately 10am

NOTE: We also have the campsites reserved on Friday, April 28 with a 2pm Check-in time. However Cub Scout groups can only camp for 24 hours so this night will not be an official Pack 90 event though you, your family and your scout are welcome.

Cost:  $10 per person (5 and under are free) plus Park Entry Fee & Vehicle Fee detailed below.

Who can go:  Scouts of all ranks accompanied by a parent or designated guardian and their families.

Register here. Sign up will close Tues. April 8 @ 8:00 pm. After you register we will email you a link with payment and medical forms needed.

In addition to our Camping Fees to cover food and site reservations, when you arrive at the State Park you will also be required to pay a $5 vehicle fee and an $8 entry fee per adult per day (two days). Kids 12 and under are free.

They recommend that you arrive before 4:30pm on the arrival day to catch them before the office closes.

Important Notes

  • The $10 campout fee for Youth and Adults campers covers the cost of food (dinner and breakfast) and our campsites. In addition, all adults (13 and older) must either pay a $7 entrance fee when entering the Enchanted Rock state park or show an annual pass if you have one. More information about the entrance fees can be found here: http://tpwd.texas.gov/state-parks/enchanted-rock/fees-facilities/entrance-fees Again, the entrance fee to the park IS NOT included in the campout fee, so be prepared to pay that upon entering the park. And each vehicle will be a $5 fee as well.

General Campout Notes

  • All campers must have a completed medical form (Parts A & B only) before they will be allowed on the campout. Please email or give your completed forms to austinpack90<a>gmail.com.
  • All adults (18yrs old and older) attending the campout must take Youth Protection Training or have proof of current Youth Protection Training. Once you have taken the training either email or print you certificate and give to austinpack90<a>gmail.com. The Youth Protection Training should only take about 25 minutes to complete.
  • Leave your electronics at home! Scouts and youth guests are not permitted to bring electronics on camping trips. Adults please be mindful of your use of electronics, these campouts are for youth and adults to interact with one another and share in the camaraderie of others.
  • We practice "green dining" so please bring your own cup, plate, bowl, and utensils
